Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most of our customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. We take 1–3 business days to carefully hand-pack and verify your order before it ships.
How do I keep an eye on my package?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. It usually takes 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link with the latest status.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we focus exclusively on our customers within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Payments & Billing
What ways can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are processed in USD ($).
My payment didn't go through—help!

Returns & Exchanges
What is your "Easy Return" policy?
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. We ask that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

None at all. Suvvs does not charge restocking fees. You are only responsible for the return shipping cost if you changed your mind.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says "Delivered," but it is not here.
Please wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. Check with neighbors or your building office first.
I received the wrong item—what now?
